[Limited Quantity!] "Phil Saison" is a new original beer created in collaboration between Shuta Hasunuma and Inosu Beer. The two-stage fermentation process of sour and saison creates a mild acidity and a pleasant body. The addition of lemon and mint creates a refreshing summer beer.
Shuta Hasunuma and Inosu Beer have worked on everything from the concept to the recipes, and the design was handled by Akinobu Maeda, a beer lover who has been involved in the tastings since. " This clean, stripped-down design quietly conveys the richness of the process and the freedom to embrace ambiguity." The bottle is 500cc, the perfect size for enjoying slowly by yourself or sharing with two people.
Inosu Beer has previously produced original beers, "Phil IPA Coffee" and "Phil IPA Brut," to commemorate the 2023 release of Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra's " Shin Phil, " and now they have completed "Phil Saison" to commemorate the " Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra x BNT2025 Concert " on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
