U-zhaan + Shuta Hasunuma : "The Man Who Got Beyond Manga - Fujio Akatsuka" Original Soundtrack (CD)

This soundtrack was my first collaboration with tabla player Yu-zan. It was created by each of us improvising and building on the sound. The jacket features Fujio Akatsuka spinning like a roulette wheel, and it's a special edition that even comes with a bonus menko! I'm happy that people will listen to it as a soundtrack, but I think it might also be fun to listen to it as background music. (Store Manager)

The documentary film " The Man Who Went Beyond Manga: Fujio Akatsuka" follows the life of Fujio Akatsuka through footage of the man himself and testimonies from those involved. This album is the soundtrack for "~ " and the music was created by U-zhaan and Hasunuma Shuta.

This superb soundtrack accompanies the worldview of the film throughout the entire film, including the inserted animated scenes and interviews. The international sound, composed mainly of tabla and synthesizers, can also be enjoyed as thoroughly pleasant ambient music.

Additionally, the design team "Vender Woh!", who created the artwork for U-zhaan's 2014 album "Tabla Rock Mountain," which caused a stir with its 3D jacket and curry-scented spice printing, are once again in charge of the design for this album.
