The YCAM Performance Lounge is an event where you can experience the charm and joy of physical expression while feeling the breath of the performers up close. Held annually in the spring, the event aims to inspire audiences to appreciate YCAM's dance and theater performances by directly conveying the power of new, emerging forms of physical expression. This fifth annual event will feature two artists whose unique, unprecedented expressions and presentation styles have garnered attention both in Japan and overseas. The theater company "FaiFai" combines a variety of media, including pop theater, dance, and events. In addition to their latest work, the group "contact Gonzo" will be appearing at YCAM before the show, performing a thrilling performance reminiscent of martial arts. After the show, a café will be open where you can interact with the performers. This event is packed with many gateways to enjoying physical expression, so be sure to come along.
