Marunouchi Ambient

AMIT2016

This is the third AMIT event.

AMIT2016 will be held as a one-day event to provide a forum for dialogue and to build new networks in order to expand the relationships and possibilities between cities, technology, and art.

We will invite people involved in media art and international exhibitions from Japan and overseas,
We will introduce the latest technology and art trends through a variety of approaches, including exhibitions, talk sessions, workshops, and live performances.

Shuta Hasunuma, an up-and-coming musician garnering attention both in Japan and overseas, will be performing a special live concert using Sony's Glass Sound Speaker, scheduled for release in February. The organic glass tube vibrates, transforming the entire tube into a cylindrical sound source. This revolutionary speaker concept produces tones with excellent texture, filling the space with immersive 360-degree sound and creating a new musical experience that resonates throughout the venue. Enjoy this one-night-only collaboration with the speaker, which also emits beautiful light.
