The home monologue playlist was a theme from the program director.

Theme: Sports

Tomorrow is Sports Day, so it does feel a bit easy...lol, but it's not just for people who play or currently play sports, but also for people who like to watch sports or cheer on the athletes. Also, for people who feel they should get some exercise. I think there are many different ways to approach exercise and sports, and if Hasunuma were to interpret sports in relation to music, I'm curious to see what kind of music he would choose. It might be interesting to interpret sports as the movement and dynamics of the human body.

I was going to take it easy, but the ending, "Human Body Movement and Music," had a slightly philosophical nuance, which made me a bit nervous, but it was a song by me and U-Zhaan, and the song and artist name had sports in it. So I ended by selecting a cool, physical song I'd heard recently. Autumn is the season for exercise!

Soto Radio went to Sapporo. We performed at a mysterious space called "Vacant Lot" in Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. We also had a chance to talk with the owner, Takamichi Masunaga. They are doing some interesting things, trying to create a new perspective on the city by moving in a slightly different way than most people. They recently opened a gallery, and their activities are becoming more and more updated.

It's become a tradition to do a " Blackbeard Selection Crisis ." I was given the rule that I was only allowed to search once, but this time it came up right away. I selected a recording of a session between my favorite percussionist, Steve Reed, and Four Tet!

As you can hear, this program is an alternative program. We will create the program together with you. We are looking for win-win supporters! You can choose from your own ambient sounds, original bathhouse hand towels specially made for the program, a special original case for "Daranisukegan," a traditional Chinese medicine from the Yoshino region of Nara that is rumored to be secretly popular in Kyoto, original program themes and jingle sound sources, and off-topic sound sources.

The broadcast will start on Sunday, October 19th at 11pm. Where will we see the next episode? Stay tuned!
