Asahi Art Square Grow up!! Artist Project 2012
Shuta Hasunuma's Studies
Shuta Hasunuma, whose multifaceted practice includes CD releases, live performances, solo exhibitions, and providing music for films, is launching a new project called "Studies" based at Asahi Art Square. "Studies" will involve recording and shooting sessions every month. In preparation for an exhibition at Asahi Art Square scheduled for February 2013, he will work on creating site-specific works, giving form to a variety of ideas.

○Asahi Art Square Grow up!! Artist Project 2012
This project provides artists who have already exhibited with an opportunity to re-examine their own work and to "think" deeply from multiple perspectives. Support artists, selected through an open call, are provided with free use of the venue at Asahi Art Square and financial support. In 2012, Shuta Hasunuma began regularly visiting Asahi Art Square to work on his new project, "Studies."
