"Phil Saison" is a new original beer created through a collaboration between Shuta Hasunuma and Inosu Beer. The two-stage fermentation process of sour and saison creates a mild acidity and a pleasant body. The addition of lemon and mint makes it a refreshing summer beer.
Shuta Hasunuma and Inosu Beer have worked on everything from the concept to the recipes, and the design was handled by Akinobu Maeda, a beer lover who has been involved in the tastings since. "This clean, stripped-down design quietly conveys the richness of the process and the freedom to embrace ambiguity."
Inosu Beer has previously produced original beers, "Phil IPA Coffee" and "Phil IPA Brut," to commemorate the release of Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra's "Shin Phil" in 2023, and has now completed "Phil Saison" to commemorate the "Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra x BNT2025 Concert" on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
