The Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic Orchestra participated in a tribute album celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hiroshi Takano's debut. We went into the studio during the Philharmonic's national tour and recorded all at once. I was in charge of all the arrangements and production. We all had fun recording together. Congratulations on your 25th anniversary, Takano-san.

The hit song "Besten Dank" is transformed into a completely different song with female vocals by Oame and male vocals by Kishida Shigeru. "To the City of Rainbows" is covered with English lyrics by Todd Rundgren, who served as producer for the overseas recording at the time. It's a sound that's typical of Todd these days. Yukihiro Takahashi, who could be considered Hiroshi Takano's musical father, has a track selection that is as expected, including the hugely popular "Yagate Furu," familiar to longtime Takano fans. "Ether Dance" is covered by Beautiful Hummingbird and Yuri Miyauchi, demonstrating their excellent chemistry despite this being their first collaboration. Miyuki Hatakeyama and Takuji Aoyagi surprise with their unexpected and wonderful cover of the 2004 classic "Kita na Hikari" (Sure Light). Hanaregumi, who also participated in the recording of "Kita na Hikari," covers "Hibiki," which appears on the same album as "Kita na Hikari." Surprisingly, this is the first time that Takano has completed the entire composition, including arrangement, programming, and guitar, all by himself. Takashi Hamasaki, a close friend of Hiroshi Takano, delivered a moving rendition of the grand-scale "All over, Starting over." The large-scale Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic's rendition of "We'll Meet in Our Dreams" also demonstrates respect for the original with a bold approach. Anonymous & Shion Yukawa beautifully and lyrically cover "Orange Juice Blues" from their 1999 album, while Chika Arisato with Yukitaka Nagami and Tsuyoshi Miyagawa delivers a mature and sensual rendition of "KAORI." Antimony covers the debut single "See You Again," while Toshiaki Yamada (GOMES THE HITMAN) lovingly covers the classic "Yoru no Umi wo Hashitte Tsuki wo Mita," also featured on the debut album and covered by Akiko Yano.
