The fake Garcia Marquez is in a museum with a garden.
A generation of writers, musicians and actresses.
"Confession Room" of sound and story.
What kind of "unknown" space will these three artists, who are involved in completely different fields of expression, be able to create?
It's not music, it's not theatre, and it's certainly not fiction.
But it is certainly something that is shared with the audience present.
I would also like to feature an impostor of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, a novelist who is well known to those who know him, but who is not, and since he is an impostor, there is more than just one (!).
Musicians, actresses, and writers are all generators for this purpose. Countless stories dissolve, becoming countless sounds, voices, and transforming into countless movements.
I want to create a truly minimalist, yet truly grand, "dreamy" time.

Words, voices, sounds, music, and the body. I want to create a new space-time where multiple intentions blend together.

A performance of "Fake Garcia Marquez," a study of words, voice, sound and music, will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum by Hideo Furukawa (novelist), Shuta Hasunuma (musician), and Izumi Aoyagi (actress), three artists active in their respective fields.
"TTM: IGNITION BOX 2016/2017" is a program in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum invites specialists to introduce a variety of performance art.
This performance will be the first program of the year. Hideo Furukawa wrote a text specifically for this piece, which is embodied in the flesh by Izumi Aoyagi.
The music played by Shuta Hasunuma conducts this, creating a multi-layered "space" where sound and story blend together.
It is neither a play nor an improvisation, but rather it will invite the audience into a world like a modern-day Joruri, controlled by the invisible thread of sound.
Come experience this unknown space at the end of summer.
